Haven't played a skating game in a long time but really feel like grabbing some trees, rocking some music, and rolling all over a crazy city with shit to jump off of. Skate 3 tries to give players a sense of camaraderie with both AI and real human players that can join up on your skating team. The soundtrack contains 46 licensed tracks and was composed by John King of The Dust Brothers, Mark Mothersbaugh of Devo, and Del the Funky Homosapien. While the soundtrack is of the usual high quality of EA Trax, other aspects like the addition of Jason Lee who chimes in during a session and a spunky announcer that pops up during the more organized contests do a wonderful job of fueling your skateboarding shenanigans. Gamers can brutalize their skaters in the harshest ways possible with all-new total body control bails.Compared to the previous game, Skate 3 is an improvement and if you're a Tony Hawk fanatic, I still suggest you check out this game because the attention to detail in this game is quite good, from sweet skating manoeuvres to graphics that look quite realistic. The game also features music by composer Dan Diaz, who continues his work with the franchise after writing for Skate 2 and Skate It. The same depth applies to the rest of the tricks, with more technical moves - such as one and two handed grabs – demanding true skill to pull off. It's the most true to life skateboarding ever seen in the series and is sure to be a real challenge for even the best players.

Once you attain a high enough level of street cred with the masses (tracked through a sales chart of sorts), you'll get your first teammate. If you want to become adept at skateboarding in Skate 3 , use the in-game Trick Guide and master all the maneuvers. The Daily Telegraph gave the same console version eight out of ten, but noted its difficult mechanics for mastering the game. Of course, these teammates only come into play about half of the time (though it depends how you want to play).Thankfully the gameplay is still the most impressive virtual representation of skateboarding around and the new audio treatment will delight fans of the series. At first I thought that the high camera angle would make me feel more at home thanks to my years with the Tony Hawk series, but at the end of the day I found myself reverting back to Skate's traditional low camera angle. The process is still a little tricky at times in Skate, though it is improved from last year's game. If you like Skate games, you've already played this one so there's no reason to recommend it to you. We’d like to highlight that from time to time, we may miss a potentially malicious software program.
