Recently I've been wanting to find a new artist to listen to, and I must say I am not disappointed with Mac DeMarco. Moving from his isolated Queens home to a house in Los Angeles helped give the somewhat transient Canada-native a base, and a few more months on his calendar to create did their job as well. Here he comes again, wearer of North America's filthiest dungarees, that gap toothed smile presumably still intact. They are the album’s openers and right off the bat, they show a new sonic direction and a glimpse into the very personal nature of this record. We pack our vinyl and posters securely and carefully in custom crafted boxes and tubes, but in some cases this type of wear is simply unavoidable during transit.

Everything I have that was cut by Josh Bonati sounds really good, I think this man needs a bit more recognition around these parts for his mastering work.
