It took me a while to realise it but the tariffs are based on kWh for both utilities which is fine for Electricity as the meter counts in kWh but the Gas counts in cubic meters which is converted to kWh when you get billed. It has certainly made me more aware of what little changes can be made around the house to save energy and money, with the helpful saving tips they provide.
