Maker’s Mark’s claim to fame is that they distill their bourbon to the lowest proof in the whole of the US.

It’s a peaty twist on a Manhattan created by Shaun Layton when he was still at L’Abattoir (I’m told he now works at Como Taperia in Vancouver). It’s undergone a twofold aging process: first in mildly-charred new American oak barrels, and then in heavily charred ones. Courvoisier's delicate XO has three key flavour notes: fragrant iris flower, sweet candied orange and creamy, caramel creme brulee.

All products are securely packaged in Air-Shock bottle bags or excessive amount of bubble wrap for additional protection. The sweet, nutty taste of the almond adds depth to your drinks and allows a regular liqueur coffee to become a thing of beauty.
