Another thing I’ve learnt is that happiness isn’t a switch that once it’s on it never goes off: it’s a daily practice. It takes effort, which at times is not easy, but it’s so worth it. And I also had some super regular days, where I worked hard at Buffer and pet my dog and hung out with my husband and maybe went to the grocery store and that was pretty much it. I found this contained some really beautiful scenes and beautiful moments that showed which ways life can be important. But then it’s heartbreaking when one of us – which usually happens to be nomadic ole me– moves on and we have to say goodbye.So after brekkie we wrapped up warm with many layers and headed out into the garden. We had snow much fun (get it? snow much fun, snow?) making footprints, brushing the snow off the garden plants and bushes, making a snowman (which he wanted to take home with him later, bless!), and of course, the obligatory snowball fight – which Thomas won, of course. Quello che più ho apprezzato di questo libro è stato proprio Lucio, in particolare la sua ironia. Presente fin dall’inizio, quando lui non sapeva ancora nulla su Fritz, e presente anche nel durante della malattia. Credo che l’ironia e l’umorismo siano un’arma molto potente, non dico che con ironia e umorismo si possa sconfiggere qualsiasi cosa, assolutamente no, ma sono due caratteristiche che aiutano ad affrontare meglio la battaglia.

By partnering with Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP), SM City Marilao was able to raise a total of Php.154,291.00 for persons deprived of liberty (PDL) within 100 days starting September 16, 2022. Launched last year at 100 days countdown to Christmas, the campaign aims to create a circle of happiness in the communities where SM has malls through viable livelihood support to various NGOs, organizations, and LGUs. The campaign intends to raise resources for noble advocacies and beneficiaries. On those days, of which there were many, it was a soul-nurturing delight to find hidden wells of joy in a conversation with a friend, a good book, or a good glass of wine.

Having Chronic Fatigue Syndrome makes it frustratingly difficult to stay in touch and keep friendships going. As much as I want to connect, the nature of my symptoms make it a challenge. So with this in mind, my happy for today is being kind by leaving kindness messages on windows and mirrors around the city
