Celebrity fragrances are not generally my favourites but I was given a tester card of Pink Friday in Selfridges when this fragrance was new. I am still interested in smelling it, to see if I like it, and how similar it is to Pink Friday, and to Viva as well! However, this is the first Nicki fragrance I've tried and now I am really interested in trying some more.

I'm beginning to think there have been studies done with teens/twentysomethings to find out which combination of notes could sell the most, and this sad result was the one the study group preferred most.My husband's initial reaction was a scrunch of the nose and a "Nope" but said it was nice about an hour or two later. I don't wear the Juicy personally( I've owned and worn it in the past), but saying Pink Friday smells like it is a bit of an insult, IMHO. The sillage is poor, and so is the longevity, I only bought it to display on my vanity, and to wear to bed. My sister in law (27) and I (24) were sniffing NM perfumes to figure out which to get for my cousin. I eventually bought the scent because it reminded me of summer orchids dipped in sugar, like lollipops melting in the hot sun -- that fruity sweetness and the dry down of musk, sandalwood (possibly cedar, or juniper?

But the oblivious people in the USA made this disgrace of a women famous and continue to give her all their money for cheap garbage like this horrid fragrance. The right person could pull this off- but really I suggest spraying lightly, as I've only sprayed it once and it's pervasive. Is feminine, soft, slightly citric-fruity (the star fruit note is actually strong on me) with that beautiful caramel undertone. When I first tested this fragrance, I couldn't pick out ANY notes, and it was all just an overwhelmingly sweet chemical spray. I can appreciate Nicki Minaj's efforts to make a decent perfume but I don't think that the recipe was as good as she thought it would be. This is just a quick and easy way to make a couple million and to just say that you had your own perfume. My most exotic and tropical fruity floral perfume, deliciously sweet and flirtatiously sultry, somehow I never tire of her.It doesn’t take long to get to the base, which is very pleasant burnt-sugar/caramel musk, but the base is holding on strong at hour four. Beautifully blend, I mean it is in offensive and innocent, and I do not think its embarrasing to admit I use it almost everytime I feel sick from other fragrances.

It breaks my heart when people talk about how terrifying it is, leave her alone, her sculptor did a nice job.

If the original perfume bottle is not up to par then what in the hell is the Designer Imposter's version of this perfume bottle going to look like? Such a pretty and sweet fragrance, the sweetness isn't too strong and it blends well with the juicy fruit to give it a freshness. I might enjoy this in the air on someone else, but I don't like it at a close range and scrubbed it off. If you like Viva La Juicy, VLJ Noir, or Victoria’s Secret Noir Tease, this is similar to all those and you’ll probably dig this. If you're looking for a nice fruity-floral celebrity fragrance then I would rather recommend: Katy Perry's Purr and Meow, Jessica Simpson's Fancy/ Fancy Love (warm, sweet, creamy) and Beyonce Heat Mrs.
