About this deal

They kept the reason very tight: we heard from a good source the “official” reason but as I think it was given in confidence my lips are sealed. Some people had long faces after waiting 30 minutes for the bus then after riding the bus for 30 minutes seeing more lines. and for once, I though we’re getting a surprise as Mick said, we’re going to play a song that we haven’t done… Out of Time, which was a disappointment but anyway, it was a great rocking version.

The line for entry for the majority of attendees was over 2km long, due to a narrow entrance path to the north of the venue. During the whole concert it was evident that Keith Richards and Mick Jagger were interacting much more than usual, and Keith Richards in particular followed several times Jagger on his way to the small stage during “Miss You” and the following “Midnight Rambler”, which, as always, displays what the Rolling Stones are all about in their pure, unadulterated form (when Keith Richards sat on the drum stand to play an old Robert Johnson tune for Mick Jagger to sing, you could still hear the boys just as if they were still sharing the Edith Grove apartment with Brian Jones! The interest rate on reserve balances (IORB rate) is the rate of interest that the Federal Reserve pays on balances maintained by or on behalf of eligible institutions in master accounts at Federal Reserve Banks. For the third concert in a row, the Stones failed to add a new song to the setlist, a disappointing development especially in a key market such as Paris.

This Longchamps gig has been by and large the most Keith Richards – driven concert of this tour so far, and we all know that when Keith is on the Rolling Stones are a simply unmatchable musical force. Keith was also on hand during Mick's blues segment in "Midnight Rambler," and Sasha's "Gimme Shelter" segment.

The show in Paris tonight had the same songs as we got in Vienna, except for two changes, they did "19th Nervous Breakdown", and Keith gave us "You Got The Silver. Nervous Breakdown is a keeper and then we got the usual warhorses like Start Me Up, Gimme Shelter, Sympathy For The Devil, Jumpin’ Jack Flash and as ecore, Satisfaction. If the energy on stage, the musicianship, and the joy, comraderie and health of Mick, Ronnie and Keith tonight are any indications of future live shows, we can expect more of these great shows in the years to come. Mick didn't mention his run-in with Covid or the Amsterdam/Bern snafus, and none of the other guys seemed afraid of catching his germs.Satisfaction", and at the end of the song, all of them - Mick, Keith and Ronnie - are down "with me" on the B-stage, great to have them so close so near. He looked like he was on cloud nine, and while introducing “Happy” he remarked how much fun is to play with this band, and that “that’s what he does! Gimme Shelter" took the spot "Sympathy" normally have, so we got "Sympathy For The Devil" as the first encore. Mick didn’t feel the need to ask where people came from as he often does – I suspect 90% were from the Ile de France (Paris and environs).
