I’m not sure if it’s due to my last few books being let downs or what… 🤷🏼‍♀️ but I really needed this cute, flirty, hot, romantic, ground-hog-day, Christmas story read right now. I'm going to qualify this review by saying this genre is so far out of what I'm used to reading that I had to stretch to take it all in.

I am so happy that I got approved from a Netgalley e-book of this book, and I cannot wait to read it. I really wasn’t sure how much I’d enjoy In a Holidaze since I’m pretty much a Grinch this year, but I ended up sitting down to try and read it, only to read the entire thing in one sitting.In a Holidaze\’ is part \’Groundhog Day\’ and part \’Russian Doll\’ (without the more macabre elements), and just the type of escapism that is needed right now. She grew up close with the two sons of the owners of the cabin, and around age thirteen she fell hopelessly head over heels for the eldest brother, Andrew. It’s got the creamiest consistency and its flavors meld beautifully with ingredients such as eggs, asparagus, or salmon. Twenty six year old Maelyn Jones is on the yearly Christmas vacation that has taken place her entire life, with her parents, brother, and the families of her parents college roommates.
