About this deal

The treble feels identical when using my Shanling M5s DAP by itself and then using the same DAP as a source through my Heron 5. The same test with the HD6xx yields a superior sound quality everywhere when paired with a great amplifier. So if you don’t have a great amp, the HD58x is probably the better choice for you. Fidelity The Music style I usually listen are classical music, Japanese Pop and female singers, such as Beyonce and Celine Dion.

In the way of raw fidelity, the HD6xx scales so much with superior gear that it makes it the better overall value for audiophiles. The HD58x is the better value for casual listeners who don’t have an expensive rig. If you use the HD6XX with mobiles, you may not get the sound you want. So, it’s a better idea if you keep using it with your desktops and laptops only, which can bring in the great audio output. Sound System and Quality

Reviews

For the most part, it was still very rare. More ppl would say that all headphones were for gaming or that they preferred something else. There would be a short few tho. Like this post talking about Hd600 series' 3-blob soundstage. Even in that, there were very few ppl who had agreed (one talked about the Elex). Many disregarded it.

Let’s put it to rest: the HD560S really is one of the best-tuned headphones you can get on the market today, price not even being a consideration. The midrange has no errant peaks or dips, the treble isn’t overly recessed nor boosted to the high heavens, and the bass extends nicely into the lowest octaves with just the mildest bump in the mid-bass for punchiness. Comparisons. I’ve compared the HD6XX to headphones I think are fit for a comparison based on style of tuning and price segment competition, regardless of driver type or style of headphone. Instead of coming with a normal carrying case or pouch, it comes with this this big box which I hate. It's not travel friendly ONE BIT, it has a cutout to place the headphones in which isn't even fully snug or designed well, and the box is prone to getting easily dirty and its hard to clean or the material comes off. I'm going to sell my pair and the box already looks a bit like hell, and I've barely done anything to it. Why? Just why? The 6xx is relaxed and inoffensive. At no point using these did I find my music sharp or sounding unsettlingly wrong. There is a pleasant amount of note weight on this set, especially the mid bass. I have no qualms about the mids, and actually, found the mid treble very adequate and correct timbrally.Otherwise, this headphone doesn’t have good extra features that can help you to use it everywhere or take calls or other stuff as it is completely performance-centric. It doesn’t provide much convenience, only audio quality. Disclaimer: The Massdrop x Sennheiser HD 58X Jubilee was sent to us a sample in exchange for our honest opinion and does not have to be returned. We thank Massdrop for this opportunity. I feel cheaper IEMs are competitive with this headphone in terms of detailing and tuning; at the bare minimum, excel at sub bass. Headphones not only gives great audio experiences, but it also keeps you isolated from the noise of the outside world, and lets you enjoy music peacefully without any interference. So for enjoying music and other things, you must own good headphones.
