My husband had to wait almost three weeks for delivery and was promised a 50% discount as compensation which had so far failed to materialise. Very poor communication throughout which is not acceptable. Would strongly urge caution with this company! 😡 Adding to this, the small and compact chainsaw can be easily used with one hand and provides a smooth cutting experience.There are very few chainsaws that come with an auto chain tensioning system. Most chainsaws have either tool or tool-less chain tensioning. I got one of these for my mom who has a big yard in Pennsylvania. It’s really easy for her to handle and it works great on small branches around the yard. She really loves it!
