Press and hold the retract button until the tape has fully tightened around the body part to be measured. iOS 13 requires Bluetooth permissions. If you do not enable it, even if you turned on Bluetooth, you will not be able to connect with the tape. You can choose to use the digital tape measure to measure the circumference of your body or the length of your body.
Then once you’ve used the tape measure, it automatically syncs the accurate data into the app, as long as your Bluetooth is on while the app is open. DO NOT subject the device to extreme conditions: extreme temperatures beyond operating temperatures, high vibrations, dusty area, humid conditions (including any liquid) or direct sunlight. The app can also be used to overlay data from other Renpho products, such as their smart scales, which gives even greater detail on how exercise or eating habits are shaping your body DO NOT use excessive force to pull the tape (over 1 m / 39.4 inch per second). This may cause inaccurate reading. Hold down the “M” button to switch from measuring your waist circumference to measuring the length of something such as your arms or height.
