About this deal

Jude was last seen departing Chester with a very large bag of money, after making a fortune in a property scam. Davina also recalled the moment she was warned about her weight by doctors, who urged her to ‘moderate’ her food intake.

I have left this book more educated on weight-loss and factors that effect it. For that I will be forever grateful to James Smith. The crowning point for me was learning about female fat loss. Yes it's different than fat loss for men. I'm going to recommend this book to everyone - gym rats like me as well as everyone else. Preventing obesity and disease should be a social goal.Reading about his desire to make Australia mirrored much of my own experience – having been twice deported but having now lived in Sydney (albeit via a three-month stint in both Los Angeles and Bali) for almost four-and-a-half years, it’s certainly a country that has an allure for many people, however hard the government try to makes it for expats to stay. This is another weight-loss book that promises you will lose belly fat in a short period of time (10 days to be exact). Kellyann Petrucci, MS, ND, is the author of "The 10-Day Belly Slimdown" and also serves as concierge doctor to Hollywood celebrities. What a motivating book! I took on board a lot of the advice as I was reading, and today, a day after finishing the book and a week after starting it, I have lost 2lbs. Everything is clear and just makes a bit more sense. A question I’m often asked is whether I prefer novels or non-fiction, and – truth be told – I don’t really have a preference. In the wake of finishing a degree in English Literature, I would have been more inclined to choose fiction rather than fact when deciding on what to read next, but these days it’s a fairly even split. I actually tend to have two books on the go at any given time – and usually gravitate more towards reading non-fiction in the early hours of the morning, and novels before I go to bed. In recent years I’ve come to love the lessons I learn from the number of non-fiction books I’ve read, and this year alone having read more about everything from sleep and lifestyle to business, have raced through the likes of The 5am Club, The Miracle Morning, Legacy, The Four Hour Working Week and many more besides.

What it all comes down to in losing weight, fat, getting healthier, lowering your BMI etc is just going on a calorie deficit diet. More calories out than in will make you lose weight, it's really that simple. James Smith isn't about that life. He wants you to join his program (or don't, you can learn a lot from him for free on social media), learn as much as you want or need, and then go on about your life without a recurring bill showing up on your credit card each and every month until you die. (Except maybe that gym membership charge. But only if you use it. :P) But what I didn’t realise was the ingredients in there, a few of them, were really triggering me to be even more depressed. The one that I found out, more than sugar would you believe, is vegetable oil and seed oil, which actually just makes you depressed. I was really excited about getting this brand new book in the mail! It's important to know what to expect ahead of time with this book so you aren't disappointed. I think this plan would be great for those suffering from Gut issues. This plan will help heal you intestinal tract and cleanse you.James Smith is the world’s fastest-growing online personal trainer. Honest, unapologetic and outspoken, yet erudite, authentic and endlessly passionate about exposing the toxic myths within diet culture, and committed to helping people to reach their goals and make positive change for good. Not a Diet Book is his first book. You can join the James Smith Academy here. This is the book I have looking for my whole adult life since having children. I have been skinny ,fat, skinny, fat, my while life. What a load of rubbish! This guy thinks he is something he is not. I struggled to get through his vacuous egotistical ramblings. Nothing new here. All rehashed ideas. His views on relationships are ill thought out and potentially dangerous, encouraging ppl to leave relationships as you have to look after no1. No mention of being open, patient or longevity. There are so many holes in most of his laddish philosophies. Aside from those irritations, the book seems to have a lot of good information and recommendations that (with some tweaking) could help me work around some of my health problems that make it difficult to lose weight. Most of the recipes look tasty and (from my perspective as a very experienced home cook) easy to make. Join James Smith in this revolutionary book that will help fix bad habits... because trust me, it is so much simpler than everyone wants you to believe!
