She was cute, I liked her but there are some things she did that didn’t feel like her and something she did that I did not feel comfortable with. The way she was portrayed throughout the story didn’t fit in with what she did at times, they were very out of character. To my surprise, I do like this book more than Brutal Prince. In Stolen Heir, the character develop bit more vulnerable so I can feel their chemistry. The sex scenes are mediocre. Oh and I really like klara and marcel (not sure abt the names tho) they were adorable lol I wish we got more of them together Our mother left. I heard she married an accountant and moved to Krakow. I haven’t heard from her since. Might not sound calming since this is a captor-captive romance, but it was to me in tone, atmosphere and setting. The mafia and Beauty and the Beast components were done so well, too.Pls Remember that this is a dark romance kidnapping story! The characters in this book are not 100% in the head so keep that in mind while reading this review and reading this book!

Beauty and the beast retelling but make it mafia? I really thought it was going to be terrible but I devoured this book in a one setting. It’s fast paced and the perfect cure for reading slump and i think Sophie Lark is going to be my go to in any reading slump condition. It’s perfect for dark romance beginners but for me personally as a heavy dark romance reader, this was like a romcom but i’d love to call it a palate cleanser and it’s so easy to get into. Another thing that kinda bothered me is that he didn’t open up to her or told her his story. Like yes we as a readers knew his story, but it felt strange that he never talked to her about it. Idk it just sth that kinda bothered me. It isn’t true that twins can read each other’s minds. But I do know my sister. I know her very well. This is the second instalment in what I think is a fantastic series! I've never felt compelled to read Mafia Romance as it really isn't my thing. I decided to give Brutal Prince a go and man oh man I am hooked. I couldn't wait for Stolen Heir to be delivered to my kindle and let me tell you it has not disappointed me one bit!
