Q1: I connect mpps v18 to my computer via USB cable, when open program, a message pops up with the words “USB device not Found”. I have another mpps device, but it can open program normally. have just manage to read via obd with multiboot function a Bosch ME7.9.10 from Fiat Punto T-JET 1.4 turbo … This tool is the only one that can read from obd this ecu ….. I have used MPPS Clone v13 to read my bmw 520d 2007 , pre-facelift 163BHP -- BOSCH-EDC16C31 - ECU Software -381341. I opened this in winols demo and got 262 tables which were automatically identified . Picture 2: “ECU information complete” message means MPPS V21 software is tested working fine with V18 hardware. R8 = 120ohm /This is responsible for CAN connection and is NOT part of voltage divider, but is OK to be 1% tolerance 120ohm/
It works good in win 8 and win 10 both x64, software will only start when cable gets power from car. alfa 156 and 147 edc16c39 all ok but had 40min read time! I think the edc16c39 issues is on opel only...dont see why since it s sam ecu same engine. I tried with MPPS v12 NOREAD OFF.exe, from thread but warning stays. does this 128 count down or it always show 128 and just stops working? The cable is a nice quality OBD male cable, it looks like many ones, but it’s a true EU Clone MPPS V21 fully open (Tricore, MultiBoot, OBD). Tricore cable adaptor looks like many ones too, but very well made! This module can support advanced functions on Marelli ECU’s. MPPS ECU flasher covers a range of controllers including M3.8, M5.9, ME7xx, MED9, MED17, EDC15/16/17, Delphi, Siemens, Marelli, Delco, Sagem, Trionic and many others… Be sure the driver installation completes, then open the mpps software to use. Otherwise, mpps can not be used.China guys are buying complete projects from EU community - they are only manufacturing tools, not "designing" tools this explain a lot. I acquired a clone interface mpps v12, and cd contains no software driver. Does anyone can give me this driver here? please thank you

mpps read partially ecu...only the part of maps on flasch....you can write your mod file with mpps...1mb is normally for reading mpps I haven’t seen EDC17CP64 or EDC17C59 in the supported list, but EDC17CP04, EDC17CP14 and EDC17C46 are included. just tried the tricore cable on my kess and worked fine edc15 [will bring home my spare pcr2.1 and try that with obd].. worth the money just for the obd on desk use If you will look when they start to sell v13 you will discover that it was after 1 year official v16 was released, or more.

My china clone arrived today, tested with PSA MEV17.4 TC1766 Read/Write via Boot Mode okay, used pinouts from Fgtech galletto documentation. you cant expect to ask for help and get it straight away, it may take days/weeks until someone comes that knows the answer

Hi all, i need help with a Opel EDC15M, i bought a MPPS 18 Clone and MPPS 16 Clone. There is no read out ID with K-line, no programm possible. Tips from pros here, about a ECU programmer comparison tablet, incl. MPPS v18, ktag, kess, fgtech galletto 4 or fgtech2… Mainly differs from communication/ protocols.
