Poskytovatel licence uděluje držiteli licence licenci k používání jedné kopie softwaru na jednom nebo více počítačích připojených k originální tiskárně, kopírce nebo multifunkčnímu zařízení „KYOCERA“. Používáním se rozumí jakékoli trvalé nebo dočasné používání softwaru a zahrnuje ukládání, načítání, instalaci, spouštění nebo zobrazování. Software nesmí být používán na žádném jiném hardwaru, pokud takové použití není povoleno na základě samostatné licenční smlouvy.
