About this deal

Once upon a time, I was plagued by the urge to see underneath animals’ skin. Humans, too, but I only had access to animals. Ever since God of Malice was announced i could not contain my excitement for it! Having read Ms.Kent's work many times before i always can't wait to see what she comes up with next! With every teaser, i was even more excited and started counting down the days! As soon as i found out about this audiobook i knew i absolutely had to listen to it! I loved this listen! The writing style for this books just felt so fresh and flowed so well, I was completely enraptured. The Legacy of Gods series is a new world that brings us the children from the Royal Elite and Mafia World villain’s and their queens. Characters we’ve already fallen in love with, or for some readers they may never have met, either way, this world is brand new and the perfect place to meet brand new characters who are unapologetic for who they are and a place for us to fall in love with all the dark romance that their actions take us on. It’s a wild ride and one I’m still in complete awe over even hours after finishing the book. I have a feeling this entire series is going to involve lots of book hangovers.

Glyndon King is an art student, a sketcher and dabbler in contemporary impressionism attending the Royal Elite University. Nineteen year old Killian Carson is a fourth year med student at their opposing university the King's U.

Glyn was basically a vessel for introducing us to the bigger and better characters lol. I like how she gave colours to every character tho. That was cute. With the introduction of Malal in the comics, it was inevitable that the deity would find its way into the Games Workshop Chaos mythos and thereby into other products:

I highly recommend reading Rina Kent's previous books, including the Royal Elite series, duets and The Deception trilogy where the main characters are the parents of the characters from this series. Even though it is a lot of books, these books make this series a thousand times better to read when you know the stories of the characters' parents. how OTT and JP Killian is. I mean. This man sees his woman getting near OM and he goes ape ish. I love me some jealous OM scenes, and this one is GOOD 😈💅 Cray cray and annika?? I bet my soul that the next book is about them and I don’t know if it’s just me but why do I keep thinking their book would be like Vaughn and Len from The Angry God? Just one book out and I probably have a billion couples in my head already, so much steam, so much chemistry. I mean it's tough for me to choose who to ship with whom 🤣 and what about Jonathan as a grandpa??!!! OMG. I haven't quite read a book with MMC like Killian with nearly every quality that'll have you thinking, why should we like this guy? Definitely won't go down as the swoon-worthy book boyfriend for many, but I quite enjoyed reading about Killian. The dynamics of this character were full of red flags, but here I am finding some likable qualities ;-)It took me time to warm up to the story. I love dark romances, but this one started in the worst way possible: with a rape. Just after the mention of a suicide, and, maybe, a suicide attempt–though Glyndon denies it. I seriously don't even know what to say. I want to say so much, but at the same time, I want to say nothing because everyone needs to experience this book. IT'S JUST SO FLIPPING GOOD. I didn't want it to end, but I just could not stop reading. I will not lie when all the characters were introduced I forgot a bit about our main characters and I had to remind myself that this book is about them. But it's only because I can't wait to read about all new characters, or almost all of them, because not everyone is supposed to have a book. Hopefully Rina will give characters who won't have the book in this series their own stories in another series, like Knox from RES.
