Wow this novel is amazing you will definitely not be disappointed in Isaacs and Isabelle’s story it's hot and the chemistry between them is so hot it could set your kindle on fire. This series took me a month to read which is crazy for me. It just had a hard time keeping my interest. There were a lot of things I liked about this series, however there were too many repetitive things. Something crazy happens, then they have sex. Something crazy happens and then they have sex. Catch my drift. It was getting kind of monotonous. She’s treated absolutely horribly by Isaac in this book (he publicly humiliates her… AND SHE APOLOGIZES TO HIM FOR IT). Some of the logic in the book just didn’t follow. She also constantly talks about her “inner vixen” and how she’s actually like really kinky, you know. But then she throws a tantrum when she’s being teased. Like… she literally cries. Because he teases her. I don't know anything about Isaac other than he is hung like a horse and is angry all the time. He is also crazily possessive and rich. holy shit. i think i start every review off when i say this but i was engrossed in this book. i could not put it down. the amount of spice in this book could satisfy me for a good month. i think i drooled a bit too much reading this book. this was my first shadi boyes book and obviously not my last (i’m almost done with book two in this series).The first 45% of this book was spent wanting to sleep with Isaac Holt and the other 55% was spent sleeping with Isaac Holt. He is being investigated for potential mob connections and all that that implies. For me Isaac reached a new level of book boyfriend in this instalment in the series! What I wouldn’t give for Isaac to say I was his! He is so swoon-worthy! I have learnt over the past two books not to even try and guess what is going to happen in these books because the other has a fantastic talent for completely flipping the books on their head and she definitely did it in this one! I haven’t seen any of the twists coming in the first two books but there was absolutely NO WAY I anticipated this one! What is this author trying to do to me with these cliff-hangers!! I absolutely adored every single book in this series! I hung off every single word! Isaac is just so yummy it’s untrue!!

I still have my original half review saved on my notes and maybe one day I’ll post it. But I was in a completely different place then than I am now. And I think that is one reason why I could never have finished this review before now. It isn’t until fate throws these two into each other’s lives that things get really interesting. She falls at the feet of Isaac Holt and he is smitten with her right away. The first real problem with that is that he doesn’t do relationships or commitments. When a beautiful woman literally lands at his feet, he is intrigued and can’t help but be interested. These two probably shouldn’t have anything to do with the other, let alone fall in love. Especially with Isabelle’s job, the FBI investigation, her painful past, Isaac's business being dealings being called into question, as well as some serious trust issues; there are so many secrets between them that there is no way they can make this work. Or can they? This boxed set is the best way to explore this series and Ms. Boyes’ work. It’s incredible value for money, four books for the price of one and no wait between books. So, if you are intrigued by the series or are thinking about whether to get the boxed set or not, dive right in and go for it, you are bound to love them just as much as I did. But be prepared to develop a serious addiction to Ms. Boyes stories.Enigma: The Mystery unmasked by Shanti Boyes a twiterpating five-star read. This is the third book in the Enigma series and it is just as fast paced and thrill filled as the first book. One of the things about this series is how we are shown how Isabella Brahn has been through a lot, and has had to fight for everything she believes in and loves, we are shown that no matter how hard she fights, she can’t always win. This story goes from strength to strength, I can’t wait to read the next story in the series. You can’t help but watch her fight and want to stand alongside her holding her hand and getting the punching bag ready. The night that he was arrested and his home trashed by the FBI Isaac got himself drunk, He got Hugo to take him to his apartment forgetting Clara was there. When he awoke the next morning he was distressed to see Clara in the same bed as him. Being so drunk he could not remember if anything had happened between the both of them. His first rational thoughts were of Izzy even though she had spent the last few months seeing him while the FBI were investigating him and she was an FBI agent. When Clara spitefully tells Izzy that she and Isaac slept together, she decides to bring the matter up with Isaac, instead of listening to what he might have to say she storms out of their hotel room telling him it’s over. Understood.” His tone is so clipped, I imagine him giving me the one-finger salute before a better idea to even the score pops into his head. “And I appreciate your belief she’ll beg for me to come inside. I’m a pretty lovabl—” She is an FBI agent, but couldn't handle a murder scene. It is explained why she can't handle it but I wished Isabelle could have been a stronger character. An Enigma is a defined as a person or thing that is mysterious, puzzling, or difficult to understand.
