To locate the puncture on an inflatable liner it is best to apply diluted washing up liquid from a spray bottle to the surface of the whole liner and around the inflation valve. Bubbles should appear where the puncture is located. This is normally caused either by the pool not being set up on flat level ground or someone standing or leaning on the frame of the pool. We would suggest moving the pool to a more suitable location. We would also advise that you do not stand on the frame of the pool, the ladder must be used for entering and exiting the pool. This type of damage is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty so you may need to replace parts.
