The 6.5-quart Duo Crisp with Ultimate Lid is 1500 watts, 18 pounds, and 15.5″ L × 15.5″ W × 13.4″ H. Slow cook – for beautifully tender results from long, slow cooking of cheaper cuts of meat, as well as deep-flavoured stews, curries and casseroles. Since the silicone sealing ring is screwed into the pressure cooking cover, there’s no way to use separate rings for savory and sweet foods.

It has a large footprint and is the most expensive Instant Pot on the market, but if it can stand in for your air fryer, pressure cooker, slow cooker, dehydrator, sous vide circulator and rice cooker, it could be quite a steal.Another, albeit smaller issue is that this model is very big and very heavy. I found it quite a slog to move it from its box to my countertop and certainly wouldn’t want to have to store it in a cupboard when not in use.
