Just before boys realised that girls were there to be fancied instead of tormented, they spent all day with their Boglins, gruesome creatures that came in a cage and were in no way a rip-off of Gremlins. Frisky -Adult Dog, Yellow dog, purple & white hair, glittery eyes, comes with keyring, key, & brush.

Diamond Pony -Adult Horse, white with pink hair, pink & yellow saddle, comes with yellow keyring, key & brush Tabitha - Baby kitten, glitter eyes, Pink outfit with a purple yarn ball, white & purple hair, comes with brush. Princess- Adult Swan, purple & white hair, pink wings with yellow hearts, comes with crown & scarf, keyring, pink key & brush. The second series kangaroo, like the tortoise, changed gender from male to female, and also changed theme from baseball to tennis. I have not seen a matching baby version. There were 12 different animals, with 5 pairs and one adult (kangaroo) returning from the first series and 6 new pairs.Now-defunct toy company Kenner (it was closed by parent company Hasbro 15 years ago) was famous for its Star Wars toys, but its M.A.S.K. figures were a match for anything a galaxy far, far away could spawn. Each adult came with a Finder, brush, key and keyring plus one or two other small accessories. Each baby came with a brush and one or two small accessories.
