The Volcann SMASHA Griddle & BBQ Flat Top Grill Conversion has been designed with Smashburgers in mind. It is an easy-to-clean Stainless or mild steel griddle-style Flat Top Grill that lets you make an amazing Smashburger, grill some bacon or veggies and serve up lush, home-cooked food. Depending on weather conditions, we say it can take anywhere from several weeks, to several months to fully rust. Jason, one of our customers has shared a special tip for achieving that lovely rusty outer in just 2 days! The Grande Pizza Oven was designed in the United Kingdom. We manufacture each one at our factory premises in Norfolk. After cooking for 90 seconds or so, you should add some cheese and cook it for another 2 minutes before serving it in a crispy brioche bun. This particular BBQ is made from Marine Grade 304 Stainless Steel. This provides complete rust-resistance and ensures that your BBQ will not rust after use. You also do not need to oil this after every use, but you can if you prefer.

It can be completely dismantled and reconstructed in minutes making it easy to move and easy to take with you where needed. Each BBQ is supplied with two tools. Our unique fire pit design allows for a safe BBQ experience with almost no smoke. The carefully placed air holes on the interior and exterior components provide constant airflow. This constant airflow helps to ensure a smoke-free experience every time. The outer has a heat-proof industrial coating. This coating can still be susceptible to corrosion if left outside. We recommend keeping it covered up if left outside. Each smoke-free fire pit is made from heavy duty British Steel. This ensures it is durable and strong. It will hold up in bad weather, as well as being able to withstand hot temperatures. The smoke-free fire pit will develop a rusty patina when exposed to the elements. This will not affect the integrity of the fire pit, just gives it an an antique, rustic look. Wall Mountable. The Wall Mount BBQ uses 4 keyholes to allow you to easily remove the BBQ for the winter, and reinstall it when the weather is a little better.
We recommend purchasing the full SMASHA kit which comes with the BBQ itself, but also essential tools for the Smashburger cooking process. Unlike our other BBQs, the cooktop is not split into two parts. The top of this BBQ is a full grill top, We recommend using the grill top to cook meats such as burgers and sausages. When assembled, it stands at just under 6ft tall. It is a perfect statement piece for your garden as well as being a fully-functional oven.When your product arrives, it may have small patches of rust forming, but it will be in its bare, Mild Steel state. It will be a mostly grey-ish colour. Over time though, as the item is left outside and exposed to the elements, a rusty patina will form on the surface of the steel which gives it that lovely hue. This can take time though, and depends entirely on the outside conditions. Heavy rainfall and bad weather will help it rust faster. We designed this fire pit in the United Kingdom. Minimal assembly is required when the pizza oven is delivered. You will simply need to add the chimney and the chimney cap on top of the main body. From here, you can load the fuel chamber with wood and kindling. Start the fire going and then add your pizza to the cooking chamber. Close the door on the cook chamber. Then cook your pizza to preference, we like a nice crispy stonebaked base on ours. You can store any spare logs or kindling in the bottom chamber of the pizza oven.Rust-Free Design. The outer shell of the BBQ is fully constructed using British Heavy Duty Galvanised Steel. This will not rust, even if the powder-coat is compromised. This tray is a solid piece, ideal for cooking bacon, eggs or other foods which could slip between the slotted holes. Not only is this suitable for use with BBQs, you can also use this with gas hobs in your kitchen when the weather isn't quite right for outdoor cooking.

Inside the BBQ you can place two sacrificial Stainless Steel trays, these exist to help protect the powdercoated sides and main body of the BBQ, helping maintain the integrity of the BBQ.
