About this deal

In September last year Atomic Mass (who have taken over Star Wars Legion from Fantasy Flight Games) released a new teaser trailer, showing the "Shadow Collective", which is a "Crime Syndicate" faction for Star Wars Legion! As we come to the end of the numbers and math, we can see that these Mandalorians can really force some decent saves. Ignoring cover and having access to some decent keywords and aims can really ramp them up. Support Elements Gar Saxon Another oft added upgrade is recon intel. Mobile things often like even more mobility, and as we’re focusing a lot on alpha strikes, recon intel helps you do that.

As stated at the beginning of the article, Mandalorians really can have a bunch of different stuff on them and be effective. The Official Release Date is estimated to be Friday 17th June 2022 (subject to all the usual delays etc), and all products have the same date listed so it looks like this first wave will all launch together (subject to the usual half launching a few weeks late because it was on a separate container which got delayed!). So officially 17th June, but who knows with all of the supply chain issues going on at the moment... So only a few months to go!!! Maul, Opress, and the Death Watch coerced the galaxy's premiere crime syndicates into an alliance, forming the Shadow Collective.Your people are strong and powerful, but you'll need an army to free Mandalore." ―Maul begins to tell Pre Vizsla of his vision [1] They were then discovered by Pre Vizsla, leader of a Mandalorian splinter group known as Death Watch. The two brothers, who were dangerously injured following the events which took place on Florrum, were taken onto Vizsla's starship, upon which they were taken to the Death Watch's base on the moon Zanbar. Maul and Opress awoke inside a tent, with Vizsla and Bo-Katan Kryze, Vizsla's second-in-command, greeted the brothers, inquiring as to who they were. Upon Maul's response as the brothers being Sith, Vizsla acted with hostility due to his dislike of his former ally Count Dooku. Maul told Vizsla that he worked for no man and admitted his hatred for Kenobi, to which Vizsla appeared impressed with. When Maul revealed that he was only a Sith that sought fortune and power, Vizsla told his droids to fix his legs and left. [1] Full disclosure, these aren’t going to be any super efficient tournament lists, but I will still be approaching this from a competitive standpoint. Hopefully we can find some lists for Mandalorians that are fun to play and might even have some good showings. Basically, we want to be able to put together some lists and strategies that could get you some wins at game nights, or do well at local events. The Bus brings plenty of utility to Mandos. Basically all the benefits should be pretty self explanatory. The Medic is great because Mandos are expensive models with a great save. The Tactician is great because a lot of the different Mando squads want a bunch of aims. Maul survived and led the criminal enterprise Crimson Dawn after the end of the war. Unlike the Shadow Collective, Maul relied on a figurehead, Dryden Vos, and later, Qi'ra, to publicly lead the group. He resided on Dathomir in a stronghold he constructed out of the ruins of the old Nightsister lair, collecting various objects from his former conquests, including a portrait of the former Duchess Satine. After Qi'ra's ascension following Vos's death, Maul told her to come to Dathomir and told her that they would be working much more closely. [21] Appearances [ ]

How will you build your Shadow Collective? Will you focus on one affiliation, or will you decide to include them all? Look for an updated Star Wars: Legion Rules Reference and rules for mercenary units on June 14 and join us June 16 on twitch.tv/atomicmassgames as we play a game with the Shadow Collective Battle Force on Atomic Mass Transmissions Live! Also with the Mandalorians make sure to utilize tech to get aims and dodges on them. Without token support they really aren’t worth it. Also remember to utilize the SC command cards to get them more tokens. Aggression is especially notable because you can easily get two aims to start the turn on two Mandalorian squads (Rook can start with three). Conclusion Finally of course all the various upgrades that give you added offence are decent adds. Offensive push, Hunter, etc. It all just depends on personal taste and exact build type. Lists Death Watch is here to save you from these intergalactic gangsters that threaten our great city. This is a war, and we will win" ―Vizsla gains public support [5]

Star Wars Legion: Gar Saxon a Mandalorian Commander expansion

Like all battle forces, the Shadow Collective has a slightly different set of rank requirements. However, the Shadow Collective is unique in that mercenary units DO count towards minimum rank requirements–which is good, since the Shadow Collective is full of them! A Shadow Collective battle force must include at least 1 commander and at least 2 corps units. Because the Shadow Collective is made up of tough and well-trained mercenaries like Mandalorians Super Commandos, the maximum number of special forces units allowed is higher than normal at 4. And no force would be complete without several members of the most infamous rogue’s gallery in the galaxy, several of which need no introduction. To reflect this, players may field a maximum of 4 commanders or operatives in their Shadow Collective army. The Mandalorian Super Commandos bend the galaxy to Maul’s will in this expansion for Star Wars: Legion! Previously members of the notorious Death Watch, these elite Mandalorian warriors now follow Maul because he wields the Darksaber. With them, players have a powerful new special forces option for their Shadow Collective forces. Star Wars Legion: Gar Saxon a Mandalorian Commander expansion Also note for Rook Kast and the Gunslinger that will follow, you can use the numbers provided above for Range 3 shots when they can’t use their specific weapons. Gunslinger Boi Star Wars: Galactic Atlas dates the events of the episode " Eminence," which includes the formation of the Shadow Collective to 19 BBY.
