About this deal

Kirby changes to dark blue in color, wields the Galaxia and obtains smaller versions of Meta Knight's mask and wings placed on top of his head. In Team Kirby Clash Deluxe and Super Kirby Clash, scanning an amiibo will give the leader of Team Kirby various goodies, including Gem Apples and Fragments, with a rare chance of possibly receiving a Rare Fragment per scan. This can be done by visiting the Kirby statue to the left of Magolor's Shoppe in the village. Five different amiibo can only be scanned every 24 hours. Kirby's Return to Dream Land Deluxe's amiibo functionality is very similar to Kirby Star Allies. While inside a stage in Story Mode or Extra Mode, scanning in a Kirby series amiibo (or a Qbby amiibo) will give Kirby a Random Copy Essence, a pre-determined food item, and two Point Stars. Scanning in any other amiibo will give Kirby a cherry and twelve Point Stars. amiibo can be scanned in Magolor Epilogue: The Interdimensional Traveler, but won't give Magolor a Random Copy Essence and Point Stars since they cannot be used in this mode. The player can't use more than seven amiibo in a row, and the count will reset after clearing a stage. In The Arena and The True Arena, amiibo usage is marked if they have been completed successfully. Some amiibo can work in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate even if they don't correspond to one of the fighters in the game. Instead, these amiibo will give you corresponding Spirits. The Spirits you can get from amiibo range from Novice to Legendary and can be either Support or Primary. We've listed all those compatible amiibo below with their prices when available. Again, some of these are quite expensive because of limited availability. Kirby - Adds a statue of Kirby and allows a new remix of The Adventure Begins from Kirby's Return to Dream Land to play.

Meta Knight has it tough even with the aid of a Spirit team. As usual, you should prioritize letting your FP inherit its Spirits at as early a level as possible. If your FP is already Level 50, that’s fine too — but you might want to just reset it and start from scratch. We do have an in-depth Spirits guide in case you’d find that helpful; if you’re already well-versed on them, then here are all of Meta Knight’s best builds: King Dedede - Adds a statue of King Dedede and allows a remix of King Dedede's Theme to play, similar to the version from the title screen of Dedede's Drum Dash Deluxe. It probably won't come as an enormous surprise to you that Kirby Star Allies supports amiibo. It wouldn't really be a Nintendo game without them! But, as is usually the case with amiibo support, it's never really clear what happens when you tap them. It's also unclear which amiibo you can use. Fear not though, because that's why we're here! We've dug into the depths of Kirby Star Allies to figure it all out for you. Read on for a complete list of compatible amiibo and exactly what they do. When playing as Meta Knight, you’ll gain a random healing item instead of a Copy Ability or costume. I guess Meta Knight’s outfit is too cool as it is for an upgrade. These items appear over Kirby's head and slowly float down to the ground when the Kirby amiibo is scanned. The first amiibo figurines that went out for sale were the ones related to Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS / Wii U. Among them were figurines of Kirby, King Dedede, and Meta Knight, as all three were fighters in that game. Later, concurrent with the release of Kirby: Planet Robobot, came a set of official Kirby series amiibo, including Kirby, Meta Knight, King Dedede, and Waddle Dee.

No forward tilt and no special moves. As mentioned previously, Meta Knight’s AI won’t finish its three-hit forward tilt combo and often self-destructs when taught to use its special moves. It’s disappointing, yes, but avoiding these moves is the best way to ensure that your Raid Boss lives for as long as possible. Reflects Lucario being a Fighting-type Pokémon. It also possibly references Aura Sphere, which acts like Fighter Kirby's Force Blast. Banned bonuses: Meta Knight’s top setup is Armor Knight plus Trade-Off Ability ↑ or Move Speed ↑. If you’ve read many of our character guides before, this should come as no surprise: Meta Knight’s a lightweight fighter, so he greatly appreciates this setup’s extra defensive boost. You can obtain Armor Knight via the Halberd Support Spirit that randomly appears in Funky Kong’s shop. A full circle reference, since Sword Kirby was originally based off of Link. This also applies to Young Link's amiibo. We’re not really sure why anybody needs access to the Smash 4 amiibo guides — this metagame is dead. There haven’t been any official tournaments for years, as a matter of fact! Nevertheless, we’ve got a complete collection of training guides listed here. The development team included Cloud, FarmingSim, Arklaine, Supernova, DONkLe, and MegaVGmaster. Here’s the full character list: In Kirby's Blowout Blast, there is a special collection room where Kirby can obtain large statues of himself and his friends/rivals when the player scans a Kirby series amiibo (including their Super Smash Bros. series amiibo counterparts). This will also add more musical options to the hub, appropriate to the character scanned in. These additions are as follows based on the character scanned: Waddle Dee - Adds four statues of Waddle Dee and allows a remix of Floral Fields to play, similar to the version from Dedede's Drum Dash Deluxe.

If playing The Arena or The True Arena, the only way to obtain the Smash Bros. and UFO abilities in these modes is by using amiibo. In The Ultimate Choice, different amiibo can be used up to 7 times in a row during a run, but this marks the results as using amiibo. Only a few weeks after the launch of the first wave of Amiibo Figurines, it was discovered that certain Amiibo were discontinued because of character popularity, prompting questions concerning Amiibo rarity.

If you have any questions regarding our training guides and amiibo content, feel free to direct them to our Discord community. Each of our guides includes information from top trainers (and are updated regularly), so you can be sure that their contents are of top-notch quality. The guides are sorted by game, which are then sorted alphabetically.

Our Super Smash Bros. Ultimate amiibo guide project is (mostly) complete! Guides for every single character in the game are currently available. The only exception is Sora, whose amiibo file is not yet present in Ultimate’s current build. Our development team consists of Cloud, Leaf, and JoKe07. Here’s the full list of characters: References Palutena's Reflect Barrier and mirror shield, as well as the Japanese name for Kid Icarus, "Palutena's Mirror".

Kirby changes color to match a Waddle Dee, and wields a spotted blue parasol instead of the usual one, also gaining a bandana similar to Bandana Waddle Dee's. References the three Mii Fighters: Brawler, Gunner, and Swordfighter. Which one Kirby gets is determined at random. While inside a stage, an amiibo can be scanned in to give Kirby some items. Scanning in a Kirby series amiibo, a Kirby character amiibo from the Super Smash Bros. series, or the Qbby amiibo will give Kirby two Picture Pieces, a pre-determined food item, and two Point Stars.
