On this occasion, I designed 5 different and colorful monsters that you can print and craft at home or in the classroom.

Once you have glued it on one side, fold the strip around, and glue in the same fashion on the other side so you can use that side for your thumb,You are now left with a monster that stands up and a tab in white behind your monster. If you fold you monster so it is vertical – you will be able to stand him/her up roughly, I recommend making them with third graders and older, but just keep in mind that kids might still need adult supervision or help with the cutting. Cut out a single one of these white strips from the sheet for your monster, the others are for all the other monsters, Leave your monster standing up, and then take the other sheets we have in the template with their full width of A4 paper dotted strips. They look a little like a set of white paper chains!

Of course I couldn’t talk about monster crafts and not mention this paper bowl monster. We used paper bowls as that was what we had at home but obviously you could change this and use paper plates instead.
