Lots of work going into new guide development and other typical life events put me behind on video creation. It will be released very soon and I appreciate your patience. Make sure that your Legends GamePad is paired to your AtGames product and turned on (Press the green AtGames button for ~1-2 seconds to turn it on). The Common Tasks guide was updated with a section which describes how to use the SD Memory Card formatter here. Had a few viewers that requested how to do this, so added this section. Legends Pinball Micro VIBS– You’ll need this specific board as it was designed for the Legends Pinball Micro and cannot be used on the (larger) ALP. Received a new kit for the Legends Pinball and a new handheld for review. Planning to work some this weekend on the putting the Legends Pinball kit together and create a guide to help others do the same. The handheld review has started, not sure which video will come first but we’ll have to see. Both arrived the same day. The pinball kit is something I’ve been asked about quite a bit, so thinking it may be next. Stay tuned! ArcadeNet and the Lobby has been implemented on the ALPu and consists of primarily pinball tables and a few arcade games. Shuffle (ON/OFF)– If you would like to randomly shuffle the video files that you copy to the \ha8800_screensaver folder, turn this option ON. Otherwise, set it to OFF to play sequentially. I’ve started on a massive new guide, so much is going into this one. Lately I’ve been spending more time building up this guide for release and less time working on videos. I typically try to balance the two. I’m likely 2-3 videos away from the new guide being released and it will have to do with (Retro) Gaming. I can’t reveal much about it, want it to be a total surprise.
The size of the ALP Micro is substantially smaller than that of the Legends Pinball Machine. The dimensions are approximately 24″ long, 22.5″ tall and 12″ wide. Exit any pinball table or application that may be running. Then, press the CHANNEL button in the upper-right of the playfield. Once the update is complete, power on the GamePad (press and hold the green AtGames Menu Button). Then, power it off by pressing and holding the green AtGames Button. Repeat this two times. Once this update is applied to the GamePad, there is not currently a setting to disable it. This may change in a future update.
