They’re basically bonus scenes set in between the events from the main storyline of the manga. I love that they each had a different mood, going from funny to philosophical to a bit horrifying. There's nothing too fancy about the stories, no big fight scene, or originality in the plot. But they were still very entertaining to read.

In the manga and anime, he's always portrayed as kindhearted, sympathetic, perceptive, and understanding, but this story (along with the fourth story) affirmed it by providing other good examples.
