This is hard to answer. It is hydrating but I don’t think it would cure your dry skin. It is hydrating but not enough for super dry skin. I think you would have to layer several layers to hydrate super dry skin and I don’t know if it will be worth it. However, if you have normal or oily skin that is dehydrated it might be worth trying. Though more research is needed on rice's ability to help with UV protection, recent studies seem promising. Please note that there is added fragrance and lavender essential oil in the original version of this toner. Also I got a Nacific item and didn’t get a Stray Kids PC which I have come to expect now which is maybe a little selfish but I was really sad I didn’t get one this time!
