Minister of State – Rt Hon Lord Benyon* (jointly with the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs) Making appointments and keeping them is an important part of life. If you don’t want to feel stressed about remembering all of the appointments you have, then you should start using an appointment calendar template. This will keep your schedule organized and allow you to make plans ahead of time. When it comes to making appointments, here are some tips to help you out: Care homes and housebound: Working with their PCN Groupings and providers, regions should prioritise vaccination of residents and staff in older adult care homes and arrange vaccination for eligible individuals who are housebound or resident in non-older adult care homes . The first step in making an appointment is to call the person you want to meet with. If you’re a very busy person, it’s best to set your appointments at the start of the day, so you’re fresh and energized. If the person sets the appointment for you, then you need to follow the set schedule and go to the venue earlier than your meeting time.If you have any recurring meetings, deadlines or appointments, list them down beforehand. For instance, if you regularly visit your doctor or dentist, make a note of the appointments on the template too.
