About this deal

Microwave the milk chocolate in a heatproof jug and use a fork to dip each truffle (one by one) into the chocolate. Hold the fork above the bowl, then move to the tray and use a skewer to get the ball off the fork. You can also tip the fork to get them off, however, you will see indents from where the fork was holding the truffle. A skewer at the base of the fork pushing the truffle off onto the baking paper will ensure smooth chocolate covered balls. Chocolate Maltesers Slice. If you find a whole cake too much for you, you should not worry. Enjoy Malteser without feeling guilty with this. Just ensure that you set this up on your fridge so that it hardens. This can be exciting too! Maltesers Cake. Chocolate and cake are quite hard to separate. Take advantage of this and use your favourite confectionary to add finishing touches on your cake. If you are into baking, you can find this quite useful. Use it for decoration, on whatever way you please! Celebrations bring together a selection of the most popular chocolates – and it’s no surprise that there’s a Maltesers representative in there. After many years of being only in the Celebrations, the Maltesers Teasers launched a solo career. It’s been a while since the chocolate laced with mini malty bits has been available in bigger forms, but it’s still just as exciting! The Maltesers Teasers Chocolate Bars offer the same thrill as the smaller versions found in Celebrations – in a welcome bigger portion! Vanilla Biscuits: I use plain vanilla biscuits, Marie or Maria work well. Malt biscuits are fine too. We use these to create a crumb which we sprinkle on top of the truffles to decorate.

With their button shape and a range of flavours, the Maltesers Buttons brought something new to the line-up. The chocolate shapes are available in the classic Milk Chocolate flavour, as well as Dark Chocolate and Orange Chocolate flavours. Each given that signature malty crunchiness thanks to tiny bubbles throughout each and every button.Much like the Teasers bars, mini malty balls add the signature Malteser flavour and crunch to their truffles. The smoothest member of the family, Maltesers Truffles are perfect for gifting and sharing with loved ones. For the biggest fans, there’s also the Large Gift Box. Because y’know, you can never have too many truffles… The product has gone a long way since it was created in 1936. Originally, Maltesers were dubbed as “energy balls” aimed to help women who want to lose weight. Currently, Malteser holds the slogan “The lighter way to enjoy chocolate.” Consequently, it used to have the slogans “The chocolates with the less fattening centre,” “No ordinary chocolate,” and “Nothing pleases like Maltesers.” We all know what Maltesers are, don’t we? The light and delicious treats have been with us since 1937 and have gone on to become one of the most beloved members of the Mars family. The crunchy malted treats are in a league of their own and have are a something we all feel for every once in a while! Start by crushing the vanilla biscuits into a fine crumb. Then add the Maltesers to the food processor and blitz till roughly chopped up. You might find that there is a little bit of excess chocolate on the base of the truffles after they have set.

lt;p>Milk chocolate with a malt filling (19%), chocolate filling (19%) and honeycombed pieces (3.4%).</p> Once the truffles are rolled into balls, pop in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. This is so that they don't fall apart in the melted chocolate. 🥰 Malteser Chocolate Balls Milk chocolate: this is what we use to coat the truffles in. As you can see from the photos, I use a chocolate layer with chocolate drizzled over the top. This will depend on how much chocolate has been shaken off them after they have been dipped in chocolate.
