Overall, the book was more revealing than I expected but that might be more to do with not really knowing much about Nile other than him being a ridiculously talented athlete. His story is one that deserves to be told, and he tells it with the same enthusiasm and energy that he used to tackle his life. The book also covers the hardships he experienced throughout his journey, dealing with topics such as injuries, addictions, mental health struggles, and coming forward with allegations of the abusive culture in British gymnastics.
