If you have an expensive false leather upholstery or clothing, use a professional faux leather cleaner to clean it. All faux leathers are essentially a layer of synthetic material (a type of plastic) that’s embossed with a leather like grain and is backed with fabric. It is impossible to feed the leather because you cannot breach the surface and so the oils and waxes can't soak in. Note: Applying a little will match the sheen of your leather; if you apply more, it will enhance the shine on the leather.

Be sure to spot test first – some new leather, particularly leather car seats, may be factory-treated with a silicone sealer.Leather cleaners that are designed just for leather will remove dirt and grime whilst leaving a dull, matte finish when the leather is dry.
