Unfortunately, adverse weather such as high winds, heavy rain and snow can make it unsafe for the engineer to complete the installation in a safe manner. There is an activation code unique to the lock box on the top corner of the flimsy instruction paper, and I would advise any new owner to copy that number and keep it safe, in case you lose the paper. It seems that once exposed, the screws can be easily undone, thus facilitating the easy opening of the unit's door :-( I haven't validated this but it is of some concern to me.For this occasion, there are great anniversary products - furniture safe, gun safe, and key safe with Bluetooth lock!
