I found a standard law enforcement style pant - also in silver tan, but his on the show have two defining features that make them period - which also makes me think they were custom made for production - the pant legs have that classic 70's - 80's taper and flare to them which isn't common in uniform pants now, and the rear pockets on the pants have a pointed flap closure, which also isn't common, though it's similar to the USMC style alpha service pants, but I haven't' been able to find those in silver tan.
