One thing that he's definitely got in common with the producers of Elephant Gin is a love of wildlife; 15% of the profits from the gin are donated to conservation projects aiming to protect the wild population of elephants in Africa; the Big Life Foundation and the Space for Elephants Foundation. They're perfectly balanced, and the traditional copper pot still distillation method by which they become Elephant Gin brings out their individual flavours excellently. Having met the people who dedicate their life to conservation is something that made me realise that we have a responsibility for the generations to come.
