The surprisingly ‘serious’ cookbook from the bat shit crazy French-owned Big Momma Group of Italian restaurants that operates a total of 10 venues in France and the UK with Gloria and Circolo Popolare in Shoreditch and Fitzrovia respectively. In February 2019, they opened their first London restaurant, Gloria in Shoreditch, and shortly after in June 2019 they opened Circolo Popolare in Fitzrovia. With a chocolate caramel base, and served with homemade whipped cream, this desert is unforgettable and probably one of the craziest ones on our menus.
