Chromebooks can be used for Artie 3000 but it depends on the security updates Chrome book has in place. With Artie, children will use both sides of their brain to learn about geometry, shapes and programming combined with creativity, imagination and expression! Artie is brilliant for developing a whole array of skills from creativity, basic maths, geometry to programming.
Artie has different ways you can use him: pre-programmed shapes, games, art for colouring and freeform coding. Thankfully, I can confirm that Artie is incredibly simple to set up, use and demonstrate (even whilst excited children are sat next to you waiting to play with him!
Thanks to inbuilt wifi it connected without any issues and we could access the Artie interface to code and draw with him. Artie 3000 makes coding relatable and fun for kids and is perfect for beginners and advanced coders: Children can start coding with Artie’s simple setup and pre-programmed designs, and as they develop their knowledge, can choose to use more complex coding languages.
