Arvin Awotar this is the fragrance page for CDNIM parfum, not CDNIM EDP (the EDT and EDP are essentially the same thing, both have what you would consider a harsh and irritating opening). I have been using Aventus for a while, saw the comments praising the amazing smell of CDNI, some saying it smells better than the original . I bought this due to the extreme hype it has and due to it being featured in almost every top 10 fragrance videos on YouTube.A nice beginner fragrance, I admit I underestimated it, but I must say it smells nice, the performance is great on me. I also have creed Aventus but actually use club di nuit intense (pure parfum) more as I know it lasts most of the day, and the last few batches of Aventus I've had don't. And virtually always appropriate, which is part of the reason I love it so much and reach on the regular. Note: Fragrances are very subjective and two different persons can react completely different to the same fragrance, You have the right to disagree with my opinion/review.

At first, I was so skeptical because it didn't smell that impressive on me but when I retried the latest Aventus on my skin, it smelled almos Yes the opening is slightly harsh but that quickly dries down into a pleasant compliment pulling frag. Very interesting fragrance, one that I dislike on the first time or so wearing but grew to really like. The Parfum is ridiculously good in terms of Longevity and Sillage, it's also very intoxicating and addictive, what an amazing upgrade from the EDT.I love Aventus and grew a little frustrated with its poor longevity in recent batches and thought this might satisfy my love for Aventus without the cost. I’ve received a lot of compliments wearing this, and it makes a great top layer during winter with a heavier fragrance.

I have gotten more compliments and attraction from that and Ellwood (discontinued Abercrombie fragrance that smells identical) than anything else ever, hands down. I have the CDNMI Pure Parfum it have a nice elegant scent, a bit too much citrus in the beginning, but the dry down reminds me 95% of Creed Aventus. If you have it you will know it's special cause the presentation is better than anything I ever experienced as someone who's been collecting and loving fragrances in the triple decades. You have to spray well over 8 sprays to get any whiff of it in the air, when I bought this I assumed it would be a beast-mode fragrance, looks like only in longevity.Lasts longer than EDT about 8-12 hours on average on my skin and even longer on my jacket (about a week). This is a 1:1 replica of Creed Aventus, but that is only after you get through its horrific harsh lemon opening. CDNIM the scent profile is 70-75% close, dirty, muted synthetic Citrus, dry down is somewhat better but overly Birchwood heavy, synthetic, no Vanilla or Ambergris feel, theres lemon undertones that could be mistaken for Musk giving a "perfumy" feel. I only smell the synthetic lemon when i wear this and is not that bas because i like lemon scents but the synthetic smell in the opening is not really something i enjoy. After half an hour it does its magic and becomes a smooth well-rounded scent that is smoky, masculine and fresh.

Although I don't hate this fragrance, I'm too lazy to respray it so often and go through the initial scent. Personally I am bit over the `Aventus obsession` it is a special scent but let’s face it, it probably only got so much attention because of de luxury vibe and the psychology behind that. While Montblanc Explorer is more refined and feels closer to Aventus when wearing it in terms of the balance, CDNIM EDP smells closer to Aventus even if it feels further away. i got the all arabic batch of several decants with names like Lattafa Najdia Tribute, Rasasi Egra, Rasasi Ambergris Showers, etc. My first impressions were positive, but it did not blow me away like for example( the first time I experienced 1st Gen Thierry Mugler A Men - that was a amazing experience!EDT has some projection for about an hour and stays on my skin for about 4 to 5 hours, Pure parfum has almost non existent projection and just some more longevity. Personally, I don't necessarily dislike it, but make sure to don't go near anyone 10 minutes after spraying it on. The LE is the Closest I can get to my first Aventus bottle, the smokiness which I found revolutionary at that time.
