Sorry, I found it outdated and suspect, and also just didn't provide very many recipes or much helpful information about menopause.There are also lots of nutrients that help to keep bones healthy, so it’s important to have a balanced diet. When our mothers went through “the change,” menopause was rarely a topic talked about much, even among women who were in the same boat.
