The kindle ebook is fine, read this on my iPad mini, was very clear, aside from the splash pages, which were still ok, when using the "guided view". If those weren’t memorable enough, the device of the present day Doom commenting in situ on his past makes for some imposing illustrations.The book follows from Victors early years, as a small boy, showing the tragedies that befall him and set him on his dark path. My only complaint is I think this book could have done more to show Reed and Doom’s relationship since they have such an interesting dynamic.

His goals and ambitions, as portrayed in this book, set him truly in a league of his own among other Marvel super-villains. Doom is one of the strongest personalities in comicdom, and I love how feared he is in the Marvel universe. He challenges us in our beliefs of who and what we think of situations and then shows us there's more to the story than we know.
