SEVEN BRO7HERS BREWING CO will be opening its brand-new beer house in the heart of MediaCityUK – with the brothers pulling their first pint as indoor restrictions lift for hospitality this May. From the highly sought-after Restaurant of the Year award, to Chef of the Year and the new Takeaway of the Year award, more than 350 people piled into New Century for the celebrations. The brewery, which was started in 2014 by seven brothers who grew up helping their father 'make homebrew in the cellar of their family home' in Salford, has four sites across Greater Manchester and locations at Manchester Airport, and Halifax, as well as a brewery and tap room in Weaste. The idea of launching their own brewing business came when ex-engineer and CEO Keith was out working in the Norwegian capital, Oslo.
