About this deal

A new UNECE norm requires from summer 2022 onwards the presence of a CSMS (Cybersecurity Management System) for organisations and the VDA AK13 published in Feb 2021 a new assessment model for the cybersecurity of Automotive development projects. Our specialists can help you go through OEM requirements and development infrastructure, analyse your software development processes and help in features implementation, based on the ISO26262 and ASPICE rules. Automotive SPICE™ is a standard used for improving and evaluating development processes of mechatronic systems.

It was created by a group named AUTOSIG which is composed of the forum and the leading German producers in the automotive industry like BMW, Volkswagen, Daimler, and some foreign ones. Safety norms such as ISO26262 and Automotive SPICE are reservedly used by original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers to ensure the safety of Automotive software and hardware components. This is done by: a) establishing the innovation vision, strategy, policy, and objectives b) fostering a culture supporting innovation activities; c) integrating the organization's innovation management system requirements into the organization's existing structures and business processes, as appropriate; d) creating awareness and communicating the importance of effective innovation management and supporting persons to contribute to the effectiveness of the innovation management system; (learning from both successes and failures) e) ensuring that the innovation management system achieves its intended outcomes and promoting performance evaluation at planned intervals for continuous improvement [Outcome 1] . At Spyrosoft, I support key clients from the Automotive business unit in implementing Functional Safety solutions. What's more, this pocket guide is aimed at practitioners in the field of mechatronic systems development for vehicles: project managers, developers and engineers who want to improve their operational procedures and coordinate collaboration across the board.Curious how to improve your Automotive electronics development projects with such agile methods as Scrum, Kanban, Continuous Integration or Test Driven Development? The AOUA Automolive Sector Skill Alliance integrates core elements of three complementary disciplines in automotive into one practical, compact skill set. all intacs™ ADD-ONs for Automotive SPICE are included in the current version: Agile SPICE™, Hardware Engineering SPICE and Mechanical Engineering SPICE. Dependencies to other processes and relations between ASPICE and FuSa (introduction to FuSa role training).

This led to a defined set of skills and tools we expect from functional safety managers and functional safety engineers. The Automotive SPICE for Cybersecurity Assessor Course has been developed in Q4/2021 and launched in Jan.

This integrated assessment model has been used in 2011 in trial assessments at Tier 1 (leading Automotive) suppliers and in this paper we describe the lessons learned and the next steps the working group is taking in 2012. The tools and training materials will be used by universities in lecturing programs and by innovation agents in the industry.

The production of cars will be with connected plants, robots to be programmed, and central production servers to coordinate the industry 4. AOUA courses are currently offered via automotive clusters and training providers across Europe, and as regular university courses. To be able to achieve that in the relatively short time given by the social demand, we need to assess, evaluate and establish a combination of new, emerging and existing skills pools to define future job roles and skills required for the design, production and maintenance of cars.
