Lay each ghost out onto a baking sheet, lined with a baking mat and apply some butter on top of each. After experimenting, I found that if I brushed an egg roll wrapper with egg wash, sprinkled on some sugar, and draped it over the underside of a cupcake pan, I could create a cool ghost-shaped treat.
Mix until dough is smooth and elastic, about 4-5 min (dough should be slightly sticky to the touch).

Roll each ball out on to a lightly floured surface into a large rectangle (I doesn’t have to be perfect because you’re going to be cutting ghost shapes out of the dough anyways). Using a sharp knife (I tried using a plastic knife but the dough was so elastic it didn’t really work well), cut out the dough in the shape of a ghost (If I had thought ahead I would have actually bought a cookie cutter in the shape of a ghost. To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average.
