I am very satisfied with these applicators that I use with the mixing tips. It allows me to fill a scar on my forehead. The use is very simple and fast. The effect is invisible. LOVE IT!!!! I had my cheeks pierced for 18 years. My scars are severe. I ended up becoming an actor and the scars were going to be an issue. There is no other make up that works like this. I talked to 4 top plastic surgeons and the only option was going to cause a different scar, but I was told about Dermaflage. I bought the starter kit right away. It was okay, but not film ready. I am stubborn so I kept practicing. It took me honestly about 30 tries before I got it perfect, but it is so worth it. Now it just looks like I have incredible dimples, smooth and beautiful. This product makes me feel beautiful it hides my scars and imperfections. It takes awhile to perfect, you will find you only need a small amount. This product has changed my life! I used to use a product before called skin plastic (Yes sounds awful! Also looked awful)ugh what was I thinking! So happy that I came across on the internet for Dermaflage. Make sure you are getting the pad on the Dermaflage before it begins to harden. The pad impresses texture into the silicone to make it look like real skin with fine lines and pores.P.S. The help you receive from the company after you buy it is amazing. They’re there every step of the way to help you make this product work for you. Topical Filler Starter Kit comes with 1 applicator in your selected tone, texture pad, mixing tips and tools. Let’s start with the biggest complaint people have. That is it looks like “I have a goiter or a blob on my face”. If this is you, you used too much. Seriously when they say a Little goes a long way, they really mean it. I have a deep indentation so I kept thinking a glob will do and the texture pad should flatten out any excess. Bad idea. A glob with the texture pad often lifts pieces in the middle, creating strange craters. When I reduced the amount of silicone and feathered out with the applicator tools, I was finally able to fix the weird glob look. If you lift the texture pad and still get craters, you can fill it in. I suggest using a applicator tip only for when you get holes in your dermaflage after the pad. The silicone dries too fast for you to transfer and fill in the holes. I’ve been using Dermaflage for a facial (acne) scar for about 6 or 7 years now. It definitely has made me feel Good about my face again. The scar is hidden and undetectable when product is applied correctly. As the saying goes, nobody’s perfect. Yet, when it comes to beauty, many of us are trying to live up to an impossible standard of perfection, thanks to the wonder of airbrushing, filters and Photoshop. Since we can’t walk around with professional lighting and other magazine-cover magic, we try other ways to keep our imperfections under cover. I am trying to give this product 5 stars but for some reason the “stars” will not all show up – never fear this IS A 5 STAR product. It should be in every dermatologists office – I can’t believe no one told me about it, I found the product described in the Oprah magazine.

Dermaflage scar filler changed everything for me. I was so self conscience of several acne scars I got late in life – I was over 50!! Couldn’t believe after all this tome, I now had to live with scars.Make sure the two chambers of your applicator are free of residue after each use. If any of the clear chamber gets into the colored chamber (and vice versa) it can create a plug in your applicator because once those two parts mix, they solidify. The kits no longer come with the Primer, so I strongly suggest purchasing it separately. I found that Dermaflage was easier to apply and wore better throughout the day with the Dermaflage Primer than any other primer I used (even other primers I had that were made for wearing under silicone applications.)
