Is it a good alternative if you don't want to splurge on some of the "leading brand" next to me style cribs? I wasn’t sure whether to go with this crib or the Chicco one which is considerably pricier - due to the reviews about the hard mattress; I have to say, I am so glad we chose this crib in the end. However this hasn’t affected my baby sleeping but I am concerned for other babies and their sleeping.I don’t know the exact dimensions of the other cosleeper but this cosleeper I would say is a little large.
