My 6 year old couldnt wait to make the polar bear and the step-by-step instructions were really helpful. It takes exactly 5 minutes for Pebble to get hungry, regardless of whether it's a fresh summon or after the happy effect has worn off, so it's definitely faster to re-summon him.I find painting pebbles relaxing, but the children enjoy it too. You will have to re-summon him if you use your flying mount, take a taxi, or use the Dalaran crystal port to the zone below. He seems to respawn automatically if you hearth or take a regular portal. It takes a second or two after you start moving before he appears, so don't be hasty and hit his button if you don't see him right away, because it will despawn him instead and you will lose the current timer/hungry status.Comment by redsedaliaI have faithfully looked for the daily for the last straight 13 days! I have even tried doing the realm hop thing (although I really do hate it) several times a day. I wasn't sure the realm hop was going to work so did not invest too much time doing it. But after almost 2 weeks, and I only needed 3 more times, I gave it a more serious try. After my 10th or 11th hop I saw that wonder blue '!' over his little head! WOOT! So, if anyone wonders if it does work, I can confirm it does!

This book would be amazing for small groups to get together and have some creative fun. It is just brilliant, and one I highly recommend. Make sure you have an extra space in your inventory before you feed him. Even if you only have 1 of the fish you're feeding him, that slot doesn't seem to get freed up until after the game tries to create the reward, so you won't get anything.
