Barry did plans for our garage conversion and extension. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He listened to what we wanted but also had some great ideas. His timescales for doing the work were great and he responded to questions from the council about the applications immediately. Friendly guy and very professional. This is identical comments to the previous review as I agree entirely. He’s a great help to people who have no idea what’s involved like us. And that’s all she wrote, when it comes to inputs. Nice and simple. There’s also a DPI button on the underside of the mouse, since this is a driverless model that doesn’t require software and thus needs to make all its features accessible mechanically, and I’ll cover that button down in the performance section. Zowie FK1 review: Gaming performance Barry at FK1 Design was incredibly efficient, professional and helpful. He was very attentive to all of our needs and took this information into account when producing plans for our garage conversion. I felt comfortable to ask lots of questions and Barry took the time to ensure that we had discussed all options. I would definitely recommend his services. The FK1 remains a modern classic for its legendary optical sensor, the comfort and the buttery smooth performance in shooters, particularly at low DPI settings. However, there’s significant competition from Glorious here, who uses the same Pixart 3360 sensor and a similar range of profiles but offers a more lightweight design. On top of that, Glorious usually achieves a lower price point model for model than Zowie’s FK range of body shapes, so for most shooter players, Glorious should be their first line of inquiry before venturing out into this mouse. The accommodation is formed over two levels, extending on the ground floor to large front porch, a welcoming entrance hallway (with WC), generous lounge, a separate dining room with access to the family room and rear sun terrace beyond, a fitted kitchen with an array of wall and floor units that lead to the rear porch.. An additional fourth bedroom or study completes the lower accommodation. The upper floor provides three sizeable double bedrooms and three-piece family bathroom.In dealing with Barry from the point of my first phone call, I can only say that is has been a pleasure. Not only have I saved a lot of time in the design/approval process, I feel I have someone who is more than willing to go above and beyond and assist with anything required (especially the uneducated questions from people like myself). Pleasure to deal with and would 100% recommend him to friends and family undertaking similar work. Can not recommend Barry at FK1 Design enough. We approached him for help with drawings and building warrant application to redesign our kitchen / utility / dining room space. Bring clueless to process, Barry guided as through it all and made it incredibly easy. Really easy to speak to and ask all those stupid questions you have! Very efficient at updating us at each step. Can not recommend enough and would use Barry’s services in the future without doubt. Guidance was issued on 29 April 2020 stating that all commissary would restart from 1 May 2020 and sent to the relevant hub courts. I wouldn’t call it a design flaw, but most other manufacturers have devised more user-friendly solutions to this since Zowie brought the FK1 to market. Given its shooter focus, a super low DPI toggle button on the mouse body would also be useful, like the ‘sniper mode’ buttons found on Corsair models. This fine home does require a little attention internally and is waiting for the next generation to make it their own and reach its full potential. The size of plot ( 0.24 Acre - or thereabouts) would allow for further development of the property with the relevant planning permissions being obtained.

From understanding and giving advice on what we wanted, doing the drawings and building warrants and seeing it all the way through to completion. Professional, personable and always happy to help with any queries from us or the builders. Would highly recommend. Planning an extension can be both exciting and daunting. At times you can become overwhelmed with many questions around your ‘needs’ and ‘wants’ and design regulations. So, it is vital that you find the right designer – I cannot stress this enough. Barry, at FK1, listened to my ‘vision’ and then brought it to life through his excellent plans. He saw this as an iterative process which offered me great support as I reviewed my plans constantly. Barry was responsive, flexible and honest at all times. He proved to be a critical friend from start to finish – I knew I could trust him.
