Arrived quicker than expected, great machine, does lots of different types of coffee, only down point us it has already flashed up to descale within a week, no water is that hard. The coffee machine is much quieter than I’d expected, and because it makes your drink so quickly, the noise that is made, is over in a flash.

It does it all for you – but you still get to control the process, through tweaking to a number of different settings to get that perfect cuppa. Choose your favourite milk beverage in the Milk Menu: Caffelatte, Latte Macchiato, Flat White and Milk – tailor your perfect drink. The applicability of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for International Sale of Goods is hereby explicitly excluded. The frother produces foam with a nice stiffness – but on some of the longer settings like latte and flat white its inability to heat the milk up to very high temperatures means that your cuppa will be drinkable instantly and not piping.IF THE PRODUCT HAS COME INTO CONTACT WITH SKIN (or hair): immediately take off/discard all contaminated clothing. The top surface of the Autentica has a cup warmer and the onboard computer is programmable so you can dial in the strength of coffee and water-milk ratios to help you fill your fave mug and or meet individual taste preferences. At first I was a little disappointed as the coffee didn't taste great but after playing with the settings (grinder to finer, temperature) it is perfect - I'm really fussy but the coffee is great and am very happy with this machine.

As well as the drink options on the menu there is also a selection of care and cleaning settings such as ‘descale’ and ‘rinsing’ so you can keep on top of maintenance. It matched the description to the letter, and any small issue encountered was handled with such promptness and care that I was completely satisfied.Pay attention though: you can only prepare one cup at a time if you use pre-ground coffee in this machine. With its numerous features and easy-to-use design, it can produce high-quality espresso and cappuccinos with ease. My issue is that even with the temperature setting at MAX the milky coffees are all like warm at best. Nevertheless, it does feel quite sturdy and robust so the fact it’s made from plastic doesn’t really worry me ( in fact, I’ll tell you later in the review why I’m glad it isn’t all made of metal! Made of natural ingredients of the highest quality, this cleaner ensures ideal hygiene inside the milk system: it gets rid of any accumulated bacteria, milk fats and milk residue.

The coffee machine is extremely simple to operate with a text display and control panel that are a pleasure to use. Please do not feel any sense of urgency based on our data, we exist only to help you save money in a calm and well-thought out manner. The machine itself is really outstanding and in immaculate condition considering it is refurbished but the impressive service I had from De Longhi must take centre stage.The milk container can also be cleaned after use by changing the dial to ‘clean’ and again, making sure you have something to catch the rinsing water with. The coffee machine has a wide range of features with plenty of options and can be used with both pre ground coffee, or whole roasted coffee beans.
