Apple Watch devices that require replacement parts are not included in the Apple Certified Refurbished Program. That’s not to say this doesn’t seem like an exciting update though, as many of the features added are exactly what we felt were missing from the iPhone 12 Pro.

I opted for the "excellent" rated iPhone 13 pro thinking I'd be getting something close to a like new recycled iPhone. I was a little disappointed that the phone had a few bits of dirt and grime around the lens and speaker. Nothing I could not clean off myself.
