It's made from select American rye grain that is sheared to maximize the extraction of flavor from the grain. Every bottle of their excellent rye comes from a single barrel, highlighting the quality of their craft. They only sources wood for their casks that has been air dried between 18 and up to 48 months, leading to less tannins being imparted into the whisky.
