Overall though, it's a great book and really effective in introducing children to the lives of the Prophets. My book was bent from the corners and it looks like the seller sent it already damaged because it was very well wrapped and didn't look like it would have been damaged during transit. A small quibble - but we also wish the English read more like a typical English storybook (needs a touch more professional editing).

I can go on and on but long story short, I've been looking for a good book about the prophets for pre-K kids for a while and while I've come across several, this one is by far the BEST.

She was a science teacher for a few years after leaving university but, right from when she was a little girl, her passion was writing stories and poetry. Vibrant illustrations decorate every section, and we see more of the light-hearted, humorous dialogue between Migo and Ali, which is what these characters are renowned for! My favourite part is the question and answer, that sets the book apart and I think also makes it non-preachy.

We try our best to select the best titles available and only work with the most reputable publishers, who in turn work with notable scholars. I think the book does a great job of telling complex ideas in simple easy to understand words and that is amazing!For example, (only ocassionally) the author sometimes talks at the children rather than allow children to have thoughts occur themselves. It's an amazing book that follows a young boy Ali and a bear Migo who tells him stories of the prophets in the Quran and answers all his inquisitive questions; the type of questions every curious child would have. From the author of the acclaimed My Dad's Beard, Zanib Mian has carefully written stories of 17 prophets (peace be upon them all) in engaging child-friendly language. The book covers the stories of the prophets from Prophet Adam (AS) to Prophet Muhammad (SAW) through lively, vibrant illustrations.

Zanib Mian was a science teacher before launching a small independent publisher, Muslim Children’s Books.One thing I'd change is that some of the spellings/words used aren't the words that I'd personally use, as they're the Nglicised version of the word, not the Islamic vocabulary eg. Vibrant illustrations decorate every section, and we see more of the light-hearted, humourous dialogue between Migo and Ali, which is what these characters are renowned for! In the same story it's also a bit tricky to explain that Prophet Yusuf's (as) brothers were jealous of him and wanted to kill him. Most purchases from business sellers are protected by the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 which give you the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after the day you receive the item.
